I purchased a new TS201 unit from Tire Rack and received it yesterday. When I opened the box I had seen that the clamshell was sliced across the bottom but the unit appeared like a new and unused tool and contained everything so I went to update it. After downloading and updating the Maxi PC Suite to V1.31 I then went to update the TS201 and instead of asking for me email and info to register it stated something as Authorization Problem! The only thing I can think of is that this was a returned unit and it was already registered. Has anyone ever had an issue like this dealing with Tire Rack? I called and asked for a replacement with a sealed NEW unit OR a refund!
